Welcome
A confidential place to unravel, when your life looks fine, but your body knows.
Tara Loka is body-based healing for high-functioning survivors and sensitive souls who’ve been carrying too much, too quietly. Through somatic practice, Kundalini, Reiki, sound, and nervous-system wisdom, we don’t just “talk it through” ...we help your body learn safety again… until your inner light returns.
Hola! Hola! I’m Tara—builder of bridges. Between worlds. Between cultures.
Between who you are on the outside and what you’ve been holding inside.
Private. Grounded. Trauma-informed. No shame. No performance.

If you've learned how to look "ok"...
This is for the ones who are capable, accomplished, and dependable—yet internally braced.
You might be the “strong one.” The helper. The high achiever. The leader. The parent. The friend everyone leans on. And still... your nervous system is tired of pretending.
You might be here because...
-
You don’t know where to start, and you want a guide who can translate healing into real life.
-
You’re ready to stop minimizing what happened, and start creating safety from the inside out.
-
You’ve done talk therapy (or can explain your patterns), but your body still holds the stress.
-
You are ready to experience Post Traumatic Growth

Tantric Transformations-Woven into Real Life
When I say “tantric,” I mean weaving: breath, movement, sound, awareness, and nervous-system truth integrated into daily life—so healing isn’t separate from your relationships, your work, your parenting, or your intimacy. This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to what’s already true—until your body believes it.

My Style...
Return to Center: The Weaving Method
Your body doesn’t need more pressure. It needs a safe sequence.
4 phases:
-
Stabilize — regulate + resource (so your body stops bracing)
-
Release — let emotion complete (breath, sound, movement, tears—held with care)
-
Rewire — build new patterns (boundaries, self-trust, repeatable rituals)
-
Weave — integrate into daily life (so the change actually stays)
This is how we relight what trauma tried to dim....without rushing, without bypassing, without breaking your life open.

About Tara Loka
My story isn’t here to be consumed.
I built a life that looks successful and happy, while carrying childhood and life experiences no one could see nor believe.
People didn’t know. But my body knew.
I share my story because it becomes permission: you’re not alone, and you’re not broken. And because “loca” was never the insult they thought it was.

A Bridge between Worlds...
I’ve spent decades learning how humans move through systems—corporate systems, cultural systems, family systems, nervous-system survival systems.

I’m a connector by nature: I translate, weave, and build bridges, between logic and intuition, science and mysticism, success and sensitivity, English and Spanish, the person you appear to be and the truth you’ve lived.

And I believe this bridge-building matters across generations, because regulation, safety, and self-trust can be taught to children, practiced by adults, and carried with tenderness as we age.

You don’t need to have the “right healing language.”
You just need a willingness to begin.
